While the Death Road is known for its thrills, it’s also a journey through history and culture. The road was built in the 1960s, and it played a vital role in connecting the Apurimac region to Cusco. The tour guides provide fascinating insights into the road’s history and significance, making it a truly enriching experience.

Huallpachaca death road in Peru is deeper than Yungas death in Bolivia!
