Please note that online bookings can be made until 11:00 am., one hour before your selected tour date. A small booking fee applies to online payments, which the customer covers.

Would you prefer to book in person? Visit our centrally located office in the historic center of Cusco at Calle Garcilaso, Plaza Regocijo. Our friendly tour guides will explain the Cusco City Tour. They will also give you a helpful map showing all the Inca sites you will visit.

Payments at the office can be made in cash (USD, Euros, or Peruvian soles) or by credit/debit card. Please note that card payments made in the office carry a 2.9% fee, which the customer also covers.

Happy Gringo Tours can cancel the tour up to 24 hours before it starts. This may happen due to bad weather, like landslides or floods, or safety issues from strikes. In such cases, you'll receive a full refund.

🚫 No-shows up at the agreed spot and time will not be refunded

No refunds are available if you decide to leave the tour early. However, our experienced tour guides will assist with emergencies, including altitude sickness.

You can change your tour date up to 24 hours before departure. Just email your new date to info@happygringotours.com. There is no penalty for this change.
