Hotel Pick-up in Cusco

Your adventure will begin with a hotel pick-up in Cusco at around 7:00 a.m. From there, we will head toward the Sacred Valley, enjoying a scenic drive of approximately one hour through beautiful Andean landscapes.

Arrival & ATV Briefing in Cruzpata

Upon arrival at the Cruzpata base, you will receive a full safety briefing and instructions on how to operate the ATV. After a short practice session and once approved by the instructor, you will be ready to start your quad bike adventure.

ATV Ride to Moray Terraces

You will ride your ATV for about 40 minutes along off-road trails surrounded by mountains, farmland, and breathtaking views. The journey itself is part of the experience, offering a fun and adrenaline-filled ride through the Andes.

Visit to Moray Archaeological Site

At Moray, you will explore the famous circular terraces used by the Incas as an agricultural laboratory. Your guide will explain how these terraces created different microclimates to experiment with crops, making it one of the most unique sites in the region.

Return to Base & Transfer to Maras Salt Mines

After visiting Moray, you will ride back to the Cruzpata base to leave the ATVs. Then, we will continue by vehicle to the impressive Maras salt mines.

Exploration of Maras Salt Mines

At the Maras salt mines, you will discover over 3,000 salt pools carved into the mountainside. Your guide will explain the traditional salt extraction process that has been used since pre-Inca times.

Return to Cusco

After the visit, we will head back to Cusco by tourist transport, arriving at your hotel at approximately 2:00 p.m.
